Most items sold through Solution Focused Consulting are made to order. Because each item is printed when you place an order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping and delivery issues
If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier first and email us with your order number.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or the package goes unclaimed, a free replacement or refund is not available. Reshipping requires a new shipping charge.
