Meet The Team

Dr. Danielle Lee is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with more than a decade of clinical experience across community mental health, private practice, and higher education. She founded Solution Focused Consulting BR with a single conviction: that Black and BIPOC women deserve therapy that truly sees and honors who they are.

 

Dr. Lee holds a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Walden University and is a Board-Approved Supervisor in Louisiana and Texas. She works with women navigating anxiety, life transitions, burnout, grief, and the particular weight that comes with moving through the world as a BIPOC woman. Her approach is direct, strength-based, and grounded in your real life. Not a one-size-fits-all framework.

 

She is licensed to provide telehealth services in Louisiana, Texas, Florida, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania.

Nikkei Paul is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor specializing in maternal mental health. She works with women in Texas, Florida, and Louisiana navigating the often-unspoken grief and complexity of pregnancy loss, infertility, perinatal grief, postpartum adjustment, and the identity shifts that come with becoming a mother. Or with not being able to.

Her work is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, and a recognition that reproductive experiences carry weight that the world often minimizes. She holds space for all of it.
