Will my employees know their sessions are confidential?

Yes. Your company will never be told who used the service, what was discussed, or how many sessions an individual attended. Only aggregate, de-identified totals are ever reported.

How quickly can we get started?

Most partnerships are live within 2 to 3 weeks of signing the agreement. We handle the setup — you simply notify your team that the benefit is available.

Do you serve companies outside of major Texas cities?

Yes. Because all services are delivered virtually, we serve employers and employees across all of Texas — including smaller cities and rural areas where mental health access is limited.

What does PEPM mean?

PEPM stands for Per Employee Per Month. You pay a flat monthly rate based on team size. Your employees pay nothing — the benefit is fully employer-funded, just like health insurance.

How is this different from a traditional EAP?

Traditional EAPs route employees through call centers with 2 to 4 week wait times. We provide direct access to a licensed mental health professional — typically within days, not weeks.
